Use acid free 30 microns Easy bind book tape for non yellowing
repair. For rare book repair , use archival safe
Filmoplast P paper tape
which will not dry out or dis-colour with age. To apply, make sure to trim
tape even with the page edge (and never fold tape over edge of page). Smooth
the tape down with a bone folder and do not attempt to remove improper tape
done as it will only result in removing the printing or tearing some of the
fibers.
Any torn pages may be mended using just Kapbond book glue. Use two pieces of
waxed paper larger than the tear, place one under the tear sheet, apply a
very light coat of Kapbond book glue along the tear. Place the second waxed
paper on top the tear and leave it to dry. Waxed paper can remove easily ,
leaving the repair page back to its original condition.

1) Trim any Single Loose page by approx 1mm before fixing back to its
original location.
With the help and guide of waxed paper, apply a thin coat of
Kapbond book
glue to the loose page edge (approx 2 mm from edge), then place a waxed
paper on the page that you wish to affix the loose paste page. Insert the
loose paste page with the waxed page on top and make sure it is aligned
evenly on the side, top and bottom. Use
Easy Band to wrap around the book to
create even pressure on the book. Remove the band and waxed paper after 6
hours.
2 ) Loose page can also be fixed back by using acid free
Easy bind 30
micron book tape which come with exclusive peel 'n place centering strip.
First trim away approx 1 mm from loose page edge, cut a equal length Easy
bind book tape, remove one of the side section liner and adhesive on to the
loose page edge. Remove the center exclusive 1/8" peel N place strip, with
the help of a ruler, place the loose page easily back to its location. Peel
off the other section and your page is back to normal again ! It is as easy
as 1, 2 ,3. |

The frayed corners of a book can be easily repair by using our
Easy
corner. The special " V" shape design made
it easy to conform to all corners of the book.
Use Easy Wing to repair the damage spine top or bottom spine edge.
Just peel away the liner of the die cut Easy wing. The wing design can be
easily apply to any of the book spine.

By applying Easy bind Tape to the new book hinges will reinforce and
extend the book life. prevent hinges broken. Heavy hardcover books should
use 210 micron Easy bind tyvek tape instead of 30 microns Easy Bind
tape.

If
the underlying super is still intact ( eg : small Torn at the hinges, cover
are still intact with the book body ), Apply kapbond book glue to the broken
part, leave it to dry. ( "H " band may be use to ensure the bonding are
intact to the book ) Use Easy Bind Tyvek to mend the hinges after the glue
dry up.. |

If
the super already broken and the book cover had split from the book body,
apply Kap bond book glue between the inner area of the book spine and
the book cover, and put waxed paper in between the cover and the
book to prevent the excess glue bond onto the front/ back page of the book.
Use H way rubber band to wrap around the book to create even pressure
on the spine, allow the glue to dry.
When the glue is dry, cut a piece of Easy Bind Tyvek super strong
book tape to reinforce the hinges. |

Spine tape, This 60 micron Crystal clear gloss surface heavy duty book
tape come in 3 popular width ( 2",3" and 4" ) and it is non acidic, non
yellowing adhesive. It is good for hardcover, paper back, magazines, maps,
folders, and large documents etc. The unique peel and place centering strip
ensure easy application too. |

Foil-back, white color round corner spine label which come in
letter size sheets. It is laser print safe because it is using temperature
adhesive backing which withstand the high heat during slow desktop printer.
Foil back acrylic adhesive backing prevent adhesive permeating through to
